Ordering conditions
Ticket types and age groups
- Adult ticket: from 18 years old.
- Youth ticket: from 6 to 17 years old, must be accompanied by at least one adult.
- Child ticket: under 6 years old, must be accompanied by at least one adult.
Price and payment
Prices are quoted in euros, including all taxes, per person.
Payment is made online at the time of ordering via the Regiondo platform.
The reservation is only final after confirmation of payment and receipt of the confirmation email.
Ticket and presentation
The electronic ticket received by email must be presented (printed or on smartphone) at the meeting point, at least 10 minutes before the indicated time.
In case of significant delay, participation in the visit is no longer guaranteed and no refund can be claimed.
Cancelation
In the event of cancellation due to our fault (dangerous weather, health problems, insufficient number of participants, force majeure), we will offer either a postponement or a full refund of tickets.
Behavior and safety
Children remain under the constant supervision of their accompanying adult. We reserve the right to exclude any person whose behavior endangers the group or seriously disrupts the visit, without any right to a refund.
Right of revocation
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days does not apply to leisure activity services provided on a specific date or during a specific period.
Tickets for the "Montmartre in Song" guided tour are therefore not covered by the legal right of withdrawal.
No refunds can be issued after purchase; however, we do offer exchange conditions.
You can request, free of charge, to exchange your reservation up to 7 calendar days before the date of the visit, in the following format:
- either a rescheduling of the visit to another available date, before December 31 of year n+1;
- or the issuance of a gift voucher of an equivalent amount, valid for a future visit, for yourself or to give as a gift. This will expire on December 31 of year n+1.
The customer will have a link in their confirmation email allowing them to exchange their ticket.
From 6 days prior to the visit, no exchanges can be made.
